Heyyy, here's a bit about myself:) I love love Jesus! I love spending time in the word and late night car worship sessions hit different. Photography truly allows me to share my God given gift!I got to marry my bestfriend on September 6th 2024 and life has just been getting better and better!
Other than photography, on my free time I love going and exploring Alaskas great beauty. I spend my summers here in Alaska, swimming, boating, tubing, and exploring all the cute little towns scattered in different parts of the state. I spend most of my summer snowboarding, snow machining and sledding, aaand drinking hot white mochas daily.
I am the second oldest sibling of ten. I have an older brother and eight younger siblings. I absolutely adore each and every one of them, they are truly blessing in my life and have really taught me so much along my life journey. Sharing has definitely been something I learned the hard way hahaha.
I love very minimalistic and simply things, you'll never catch me wearing pink, sorry pink lovers... My heart goes out to neutral and pastel colors! Absolutely loveee. I used to be a coffee hater up until I started working as a coffee hut, which made me a coffee addict lol..
Truth of how I survive winters in Alaska is taking at least 2-3 out of state vacays. This past year I went to Mexico, Hawaii and Florida! Flying back home into -50 degrees but we chilling because I start booking my next trip just a few days later... But I stay in state all summer! Love getting almost 24/7 daylight between about May-August. And then fall time is just as amazing.
Why I Love what I do
Truth be told my "I wanna be when I get older" was not photography and never dreamed of it until I was about seventeen. I always told my self I wanted to be a nurse and just spend all my time working with cute babies and helping mamas out. I grew up In a household of twelve so it was something I became natural at. I remember being just ten to eleven years old when my mom first had twins and I just couldn't imagine not spending all my time taking care of babies.
But later on discovering my passion as photographing precious moments and just capturing times to hold on to that you may not get the chance for again truly stuck out to me. My favorite thing isn't just pressing a button and getting the shot but having that connection with my clients I have never met but converse like we have known each other for years. Hearing other peoples storys and experienceing emotions to later give to my clients just hold such a special place in my heart.
